Intralux Australia has launched a cleverly designed indirect lighting system, which eliminates the need for specially constructed pelmet or cove structures.

Announcing the new Kove Systema, Marissa Garcia-Mitchell, Intralux's Operations Manager, stated "you can now put cove lighting where it has never been possible before. You can attach it to most building surfaces from timber, stone, and brick to metal cladding and of course plasterboard".

Use of this innovative luminaire, readily converts into considerable installation savings, in both time and materials. This factor makes it ideal for fast track projects, especially as no special wall preparations or fixtures are required. A unique and elegant long run RAL 9006 finished aluminum profile houses the very latest in lighting technology, ensuring low operating costs, maximum efficiency and a long product life.

A three-position clip system assists in accommodating those walls that may not be quite uniform in construction, making the product ideal for both new and refurbishment projects. Attention to detail also means the provision of a specialised hanging clip detail which neatly permits the hanging of promotional and artwork materials.

Available with either T5 fluorescent or Xenon lamps, options include dimmable, high frequency and high-output alternatives. Diffusers and colour alternatives are also available. This sleek luminaire utilises a well-proven Intralux reflector, specifically engineered to capture and reflect the highest possible amount of quality light into a given special area, providing clean and glare free illumination.
